Grafted Apple Trees (Bud 9 rootstock, 8'-10'at maturity) - 1/2 gal container.   These locally adapted apple trees have been selected and grown right here to match our seasons, soils, disease pressures and weather patterns. Whether you’re planting a backyard orchard or adding resilience to your farm, our trees offer:

Cold-hardy genetics for dependable winter survival

Disease resistance Most of the apples we offer are naturally suited to apple scab, and our Newfoundland conditions.

Reliable yields of flavourful, crisp apples for fresh eating, storage, or cider

Pollinator-friendly blooms that are suitable for our climate and timing and support biodiversity in early spring.

Grafted and grown with care, our apple trees are ready to root down and grow strong in your garden or field. Support local food systems from the ground up—plant a tree that belongs here and fill your pantry with pies, jellies, and even homemade cider for the adventurous of heart.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our apple trees (like most apple trees) cross pollinate.  This means that there needs to be two different varieties in order to set fruit.  The blooming groups need to overlap also.  For example two honeycrisps will never set fruit on either tree.   If you choose an apple tree in blooming group is a 4 and the different variety in a blooming group 3, 4 or 5, they will be compatible.  Likewise, a 1, and a 2 are compatible.  A 2 and a 3 are compatible but a 1 and 3 are not.  Trees will only be compatible with trees that differ by one blooming group.  Please refer to the table in the pictures to make your choices.
