Note - All garlic bulbs are sold in packages of 3 to simplify order packaging and sales.  Limit of 10 packages per variety on pre-sales. Garlic will be ready around the third week of September.
 
Persian Star is a standard purple stripe and produces an amazing floral pattern of symetrical cloves (8 to 12 per bulb).  Looks aren't everything so the fact that it also has a great taste and medium heat will please all of the culinary enthusiasts out there.  We hope that it will be a fan favorite for our fellow garlic growers here on the island.
